- Assist licensed electricians with the installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems, including wiring, fixtures, and panels.
- Perform tasks such as running wires, installing outlets, and connecting electrical components under supervision.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams.
- Support troubleshooting and problem-solving of electrical issues.
- Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are organized and readily available at job sites.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and company standards while on the job.
- Participate in on-the-job training to expand technical knowledge and skills.
- Maintain accurate documentation of tasks performed and hours worked for licensing requirements.
- Enrollment in or completion of an accredited electrical apprenticeship program is preferred.
- Basic understanding of electrical systems and willingness to learn.
- Strong work ethic and eagerness to grow in the trade.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Chelmsford, MA, Southern NH, and Southern ME.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs, working at heights, and performing tasks in various weather conditions.
