This role involves working on residential and commercial asphalt sealing projects, preparing surfaces, applying sealcoat, and ensuring top-quality results for our clients. If you have experience in a similar role, that's a plus-but we're also willing to train individuals who are eager to learn and grow in the asphalt industry.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in preparing asphalt surfaces for sealing, including cleaning, taping, and edging.
• Apply sealcoat evenly using hand tools and spray equipment.
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment.
• Work efficiently in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
• Ensure all work meets company standards for quality and safety.
• Follow instructions from the crew lead and work as a team to complete projects on time.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site.
• Safely operate company vehicles and equipment as needed.
