Responsibilities Include, but Are Not Limited To :
- Collaborate with the Foreman to manage daily project tasks and ensure timely completion.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of landscaping crew members.
- Oversee the installation of softscape and hardscape elements to meet project specifications.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, ensuring adherence to company and safety standards.
- Operate and maintain various tools and equipment, including lifts and other machinery.
- Communicate effectively with team members, project managers, and clients.
- Monitor and track material use and inventory, ensuring efficient resource management.
- Provide hands-on support for all landscape construction activities, as needed.
