Typical Duties Will Include
- Assist Project Managers in the successful execution of construction projects.
- Perform quantity take-offs to estimate material and labor requirements.
- Monitor costs and schedules to ensure projects stay on track and within budget.
- Manage project documentation, including site records, change orders, as-built drawings, and QA/QC documentation.
- Oversee submittals, RFIs, and tracking controls to maintain project efficiency.
- Support quality control and reporting efforts to uphold high construction standards.
- Maintain site safety records and assist in monitoring subcontractor performance.
- Education: A degree in Construction Management, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Structural Engineering/Technology is preferred.
- Experience: 0-3 years of experience in project management or construction. Internship or summer experience in the field is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in computerized project management systems and tools.
- Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
