- Assist in coordinating construction activities and project schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of project progress and documentation.
- Handle data entry and office management tasks efficiently.
- Manage local and state permit submissions.
- Assist with billing, collections, and financial documentation.
- Organize and maintain office files, ensuring easy accessibility.
- Provide customer support, addressing inquiries and concerns professionally.
- Proofread project-related documents for accuracy and clarity.
- Communicate with subcontractors, vendors, and clients effectively.
- Support basic construction tasks under supervision when needed.
- Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office software.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Prior experience in data entry and office management is mandatory.
- Experience in billing, collections, and permitting processes.
