Key Responsibilities

• Perform rough frame to fine-finish carpentry tasks in residential construction projects
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications accurately
• Measure, cut, and assemble materials using hand and power tools
• Install structural elements, framing, drywall, cabinetry, trim, and fixtures
• Ensure all work meets building codes and safety standards
• Maintain a clean and organized job site
• Collaborate with other crew members and supervisors to meet project deadlines
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry or general construction
• Proficiency and own bags, belts, and hand tools
• Ability to read and interpret plans or blueprints and perform full layout
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, bend, climb, work at heights, on ladders, etc.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Residential construction background
• Versatility in both rough and finish carpentry
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• OSHA safety training is a plus
