Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
- Lead and oversee project planning, execution, and job closure.
- Ensure safety and cleanliness on job sites.
- Read and interpret blueprints to guide construction activities.
- Communicate daily progress and updates to managers and customers.
- Identify product upgrades and maintain excellent customer service standards.
- Maintain order and tidiness on the job site.
- Provide quality control to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Submit project paperwork within 48 hours of job completion.
- Manage employee workflow and monitor performance.
- Minimum of 3 years of exterior construction experience.
- Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license, vehicle, and insurance.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience identifying product upgrades and maintaining safety standards.
- Delivering superior craftsmanship.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Clear and consistent communication with customers.
- Maintaining safety and tidiness on job sites.
