Key Responsibilities

• Blueprint and Drawing Interpretation : Accurately read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings to execute project tasks.
• Framing : Perform framing using wood or metal studs for both residential and commercial projects.
• Drywall and Finishing : Hang, finish, and prepare drywall for painting and final touches.
• Concrete Finishing : Complete concrete work as needed, ensuring quality and precision.
• Casework and Flooring : Build and install casework and complete flooring tasks as assigned.
• Site Cleanup : Assist in maintaining a clean and organized job site.
• Communication : Convey critical site information to the Site Superintendent and provide regular updates.
• Safety Compliance : Follow all company and OSHA safety policies and procedures, actively participating in safety meetings and programs like the Good Catch and Near Miss programs.
• Flexibility : Work overtime, nights, and travel to job sites as needed.
