This role is responsible for transporting equipment, materials, and machinery to various project sites safely and efficiently. When you join SW Foundation, you're not just another worker-you're part of a team that values skill, dedication, and hard work.Responsibilities Include (But Are Not Limited To) : -Safely operate CDL-class trucks to transport equipment and materials to and from job sites.-Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on all vehicles and equipment.-Ensure proper load securement and follow DOT regulations for transporting materials.-Assist with loading and unloading materials at job sites as needed.-Communicate with project managers and field crews to coordinate deliveries and pickups.-Maintain accurate driving logs, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance records.-Follow OSHA, DOT, and company safety regulations at all times.-Provide general support at job sites when not driving, such as assisting with material handling.Qualifications : -Valid CDL (Commercial Driver's License) - Required.-1-2 years of experience driving commercial vehicles (preferred).-Experience hauling heavy equipment is a plus.-Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and truck maintenance.-Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and assist with loading / unloading.-Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.-Clean driving record.-Willingness to travel for projects as needed.Benefits : -100% company-paid healthcare for employees after 60 days.-Weekly pay cycle.-Medical, dental, and vision insurance.-Life and disability insurance (Basic Life, Supplemental Life, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability).-Company-provided safety equipment.-Paid Time Off (holidays, vacation, sick days).-Travel projects with per diem, paid lodging and an additional $2 per hour.-Career development & training opportunities (OSHA, fall protection, lift certifications, manufacturer training, and more).-Company events (BBQs, Summer bash and holiday party)Work Schedule : -Full-time, Monday to Friday (with potential weekend work depending on project needs).-Payable hours begin when you leave home, ensuring you're compensated for your full work time.Work Location : -Various job sites in the DFW metro area, 10% travel required outside of that area in southern TX.Equal Opportunity Employer : SW Foundation is an equal opportunity employer that values diversity and inclusion.
