This role involves conducting inspections, diagnosing animal entry points, designing customized removal and prevention plans and guiding the customer through the exclusion process; acting as the main point of contact from start to finish. What You'll Do
- Sales & Inspections
- Perform comprehensive inspections of homes and businesses, including roofs, attics, and crawl spaces.
- Identify nuisance wildlife and develop effective control and prevention strategies.
- Take detailed photos of current and potential entry points using ServiceBridge.
- Present findings and propose customized solutions and pricing to prospective customers.
- Collect deposits and final payments from customers.
- Maintain detailed records and reports in the service platform for team collaboration.
- Adhere to company standards to ensure safe work practices and high-quality service.
- Operate and maintain a company-provided vehicle and equipment.
- Customer Service & Communication
- Provide exceptional customer service, helping clients understand their wildlife problems and the solutions available.
- Answer customer questions and concerns with professionalism.
- Clearly communicate inspection results, job estimates, and follow-up recommendations.
- Required Skills & Qualifications
- Sales experience (at least 2 years in a business-to-consumer sales environment).
- Ability to work outdoors in various conditions - climbing ladders, working on roofs, attics, crawl spaces, etc.
- Strong communication & customer service skills - ability to quickly build relationships.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Comfort handling wildlife as needed.
- Ability to keep detailed records and utilize software for tracking customer interactions.
- Ability to obtain and maintain licenses/certifications as required.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in nuisance wildlife control, pest management, or a similar field.
- Basic construction knowledge and abilities.
