As a Client Success Manager (CSM), you will be a key part of the client journey. After a client has paid, you will guide them through the onboarding process, setting the client and our recruitment team up for success. Your proactive approach, problem-solving skills, and client-focused mindset will ensure a seamless and positive experience, driving long-term satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities
Client Onboarding & Success
- Coordinate and conduct personalized onboarding sessions to align with client goals, industry-specific needs, and hiring objectives.
- Outline clear onboarding agendas, timelines, and expectations to set a strong foundation for the partnership.
- Provide live demonstrations of the client portal and tools to ensure confidence in using TCC's services.
- Work with our internal design team to ensure all client assets have been created before meeting with clients for their onboarding.
- Work closely with the recruiting team to facilitate seamless handoffs and communication.
- Maintain accurate client records, safeguarding seamless internal collaboration.
- Submit thorough client onboarding call reports, ensuring key details are passed off and understood by the recruitment team.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, recruiting, and product, for smooth client transitions.
- Attend weekly Zoom meetings and ongoing training sessions to stay aligned with team goals.
- 5 years in Client Success, Account Management, or Customer Support roles, preferably in recruitment or B2B services.
- Client-Centric Mindset: A passion for building relationships and delivering personalized solutions to exceed client expectations.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient with CRMs (HubSpot), virtual collaboration tools (Zoom, Slack), and other digital platforms
- Remote Work Proficiency: Ability to thrive in a remote setting, staying productive and engaged.
- Self-Motivated Go-Getter: Takes initiative, solves problems proactively, and goes above and beyond to ensure client success
- Strong Calendar Management: Ability to juggle multiple client meetings, onboarding sessions, and internal coordination with efficiency
- Communication Excellence: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for clients.
- Organizational Strength: Proven ability to manage multiple accounts, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Problem-Solving Ability: Resourceful in identifying and addressing client challenges with innovative solutions.
- Experience in the recruitment industry or knowledge of labor market dynamics is preferred.
- Demonstrated success in managing escalations and resolving complex client concerns.
