As a CNC Machine Operator, you will play a critical role in our production process, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our CNC machinery to meet production goals.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to : -Operate CNC wood machines such as panel saws, flat tables / table routers, pod routers, and edge banders to manufacture quality products.
- Read and interpret production orders and blueprints to ensure accurate machine setups and production runs.-Monitor machine operations, making adjustments as necessary to maintain product quality and production efficiency.
- Perform regular machine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and ensure safety.-Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production deadlines and optimize workflow.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and company standards.-Accurately document production data and maintain machine logs.
Qualifications : -Experience operating CNC machines, preferably in wood production (panel saws, routers, edge banders).-Ability to read and interpret blueprints and production orders.
- English proficiency is required for reading work orders and communication on the shop floor.-Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
