Key Responsibilities :
- Analyze blueprints, specifications, and project documents to prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates.
- Assess material, labor, equipment, and timelines to develop competitive bids for projects ranging from $50k to $3M.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and project managers to align on project goals and expectations.
- Manage take-offs, build bids, and oversee estimates from initiation to completion.
- Visit project sites to gather necessary data and evaluate potential risks or challenges.
- Oversee change orders and adapt estimates to meet evolving project requirements.
- Stay informed about industry trends, pricing, and advancements to provide cost-effective solutions.
- Mentor and guide team members, contributing to a culture of continuous learning and success.
Qualifications :
