- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems and provide effective solutions.-Ensure all work complies with safety standards and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and communicate effectively with the team and clients.-Stay up-to-date with the latest HVAC technology and best practices through continuous learning.
- Operate and maintain company-provided tools, equipment, and vehicles with care.-Collaborate with team members and offer mentorship to apprentices and new staff.
Qualifications : -Experience : Must have 2 years HVAC experience but willing to train motivated, eager, and dedicated candidates.
- Certification : Must have a valid Universal EPA Certification.-Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and safety protocols.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.-Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.-Must have a valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
