Access Lock Technologies Inc. is looking for a motivated and skilled Commercial Locksmith to join our team. If you have experience with door hardware installation, master key systems, and security solutions-or are eager to learn from the best-this is the opportunity for you. This role involves working with residential, commercial, industrial, and government clients to install, repair, and maintain high-quality security systems and door hardware.

What You'll Do

• Install and repair commercial and residential door hardware (door closers, exit devices, cylindrical/mortise locksets, etc.).
• Rekey locks, implement Master Key Systems, and install High-Security Locks.
• Work with electrified door hardware and access control systems (training provided).
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware installation and security issues for customers.
• Maintain a safe and secure work environment using company-provided tools and truck.
• Train customers on the proper operation of locks and door hardware.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate job status with the team.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Similar industry experience in locksmithing, carpentry, door hardware, or related construction work.
• Hands-on skills and proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs., as this is a physically active role.
• Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and repair hardware issues.
• Passion for learning and willingness to undergo ongoing manufacturer and industry training.
• Reliability and strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
