The Contractor Consultants is seeking an experienced Commercial Plumbing Project Coordinator to join our team. This role involves preparing accurate estimates for commercial plumbing projects by analyzing blueprints, specifications, and project plans.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction estimating and be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word). You will also have excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate estimates for commercial plumbing projects by analyzing blueprints, specifications, and project plans.
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and engineers to ensure all project requirements are clearly understood.
- Develop detailed bid proposals for commercial plumbing projects and present them to clients.
- Obtain pricing from suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitive bids.
- Track project changes and adjust estimates as needed.
