Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Service Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in servicing, maintaining, repairing, and installing commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in HVAC/R equipment.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure system reliability.
• Collaborate with team members to plan and execute projects efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards at all times.
• Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates and recommendations.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial HVAC and refrigeration service and installation.
• Strong knowledge of refrigeration theory, electrical schematics, and control systems.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, diagrams, and equipment manuals.
• EPA Universal Certification required; additional certifications (e.g., NATE) are a plus.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various environmental conditions.

Work Schedule & Location

• Full-time
• 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday.
