RCSI is seeking a Concrete and Steel Construction Specialist to contribute to the construction of solar steel projects by executing high-quality concrete work, including footings, foundations, sidewalks, and large pours. This hands-on role involves working collaboratively with the steel and electrical teams to keep projects on schedule. The ideal candidate has experience in commercial construction, knowledge of solar or steel construction, and a drive to grow into leadership roles.

Key Responsibilities :
- Concrete Installation : Perform all phases of concrete work, including reading and executing project plans, building forms, pouring foundations, flat work, curbs, sidewalks, and large pours.
- Code Compliance : Ensure all work complies with local and state building codes and project requirements.
- Team Collaboration : Work alongside steel and electrical teams to maintain project schedules and timelines.
- Form Building & Foundation Work : Build and set up forms, footings, and foundations to prepare for concrete installation.
- Task Versatility : Be willing to assist with various construction tasks, including steel and electrical work, to ensure overall project success.
- Problem Solving : Identify and address potential on-site issues, ensuring efficient and timely project completion.
- Quality Assurance : Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are met throughout the project.
- Safety Compliance : Follow all safety guidelines and ensure that the team adheres to established safety protocols.
