T2 Contracting, Inc. is seeking dedicated and experienced Concrete Finishers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in concrete work and be capable of performing various tasks to ensure the successful completion of our projects. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality.

The Concrete Mason has all the authority vested in her/him from the LEADERSHIP TEAM. The Concrete Mason is given the necessary authority to manage and administer the basic functions of this position. This includes specifically:
- Perform demo work including saw cutting and hammering as needed.
- Excavate to proper subgrade and build and set forms.
- Pour and pull concrete to the correct elevation and finish per specifications (smooth, brushed, etc.).
- Pull and clean forms and backfill as necessary.
- Operate various equipment including skid steers, small excavators, motorized trowels, and compaction equipment (jumping jack, plate tamp, roller).
- Maintain organized and clean job sites and uphold safety standards.
- Service and clean tools and equipment regularly.
- High School diploma required.
- Understanding of OSHA and all other safety guidelines.
- Ability to obtain a valid driver's license.
- Ability to work any shift and 10-12 hour shifts.
- Experience with working on Military Facilities is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to pass a background check to work on Military Facilities.
- At least two (2) years of experience performing concrete work.
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs, kneel, crawl, and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
