Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a crew on concrete construction projects.
- Review blueprints to ensure projects align with specifications.
- Prepare worksites by setting up forms, scaffolding, and reinforcement.
- Operate hand and power tools for forming, pouring, and finishing concrete.
- Install rebar and mesh reinforcements as needed.
- Ensure safety compliance by holding weekly safety meetings with your crew.
- Complete daily reports on job progress and crew performance.
- Drive company truck with the crew to and from the job site.
- Previous 2 years of construction management experience (concrete or related field preferred) is required
- Operated and calibrated total station equipment for accurate site layout, including foundation lines, elevations, and grid systems..
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong knowledge of construction tools, equipment, and safety protocols.
- Leadership skills to manage a crew and coordinate job site activities.
- Excellent communication skills to work with team members and supervisors.
- Valid driver's license required.
