Key Responsibilities
- Construct and assemble temporary molds (formwork) for concrete structures using wood or metal.
- Remove formwork carefully and prepare it for reuse.
- Operate hand tools and power tools for cutting, shaping, and securing materials.
- Assist in pouring and finishing concrete to achieve smooth, durable surfaces.
- Install rebar and mesh reinforcements to strengthen concrete structures.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and use company-provided safety gear.
- Work collaboratively with a team to complete projects efficiently and to the highest standards.
- Minimum 2 years experience in construction, form carpentry, or a related field preferred but not required-training provided for motivated candidates.
- Experience operating power trowels and performing professional concrete floor finishing
- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools, power equipment, and materials.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and team-oriented mindset.
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions effectively.
