Responsibilities Include (but Are Not Limited To)
- Assist skilled tradespeople in all aspects of residential construction.
- Learn and apply construction techniques, safety procedures, and building codes.
- Operate hand and power tools under supervision.
- Support site preparation, material handling, and job site cleanup.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and senior team members.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
- Travel to various job sites as needed.
- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Ability to follow directions and work well in a team.
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy material.
- A commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
