Key Responsibilities : -Build Custom Homes : Complete all phases of residential construction, from ground-up framing to precise interior finishes.

• Blueprint Interpretation : Read and work from detailed plans and blueprints to meet specifications.-Precision Work : Measure and cut materials accurately, and install elements such as windows, doors, cabinetry, and flooring.
• Tool Proficiency : Operate power and pneumatic tools and, if applicable, larger machinery such as tractors.-Team Collaboration : Work closely with fellow tradespeople to maintain high standards and ensure timely project completion.
• Site Management : Keep work areas organized, safe, and compliant with all safety protocols.-Exterior Projects : Engage in other projects, including hardscaping and landscaping as needed.

Qualifications : -Experience : At least 3 years in residential construction, with a strong focus on carpentry and finishing work.

• Tool Competency : Proficiency in power tools, pneumatic tools, and familiarity with woodworking and welding is a plus.-Leadership Skills : Capable of guiding and supporting a team with a positive, proactive approach.
• Physical Capability : Ability to handle physical demands, including lifting up to 50 lbs, and working in varying weather conditions.
• Detail-Oriented : A commitment to quality work with an eye for detail and craftsmanship.-Team Spirit : Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate in a team-focused environment.
