With a senior staff boasting over 200 years of combined experience, Basic IDIQ brings extensive expertise and innovation to every project.Responsibilities include but are not limited to : Vendor and Invoice Management : Prepare, enter, and maintain vendor information and invoices with precision and accuracy.Accounts Payable : Process AP checks and ACH payments, ensuring timely and precise payment of invoices.Job Setup and Updates : Set up new construction jobs, manage purchase orders (POs), and update job-related data in the accounting system.Expense Allocations : Allocate credit card charges, insurance expenses, and other costs across projects for accurate financial tracking.Job Cost Accounting : Monitor and assign specific costs, such as labor, materials, and overhead, to individual construction projects.
