Key Responsibilities
- Support skilled carpenters with jobsite setup, cleanup, and material organization
- Load/unload tools, equipment, and construction materials
- Perform basic demolition and debris removal
- Operate hand tools and assist with framing, drywall, insulation, and more under supervision
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient job site
- Show up daily, work hard, and demonstrate a willingness to learn
- Construction or manual labor experience preferred but not required
- Strong work ethic and a positive, team-player attitude
- Willingness to be trained and take direction
- Familiarity with hand and power tools a plus
- Able to lift 50 lbs and work on ladders/scaffolding
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
