Job Title: Construction Laborer
We are seeking motivated and hardworking Construction Laborers to join our team at Peak Industrial Services LLC. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience across residential, commercial, and industrial construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in site preparation, including digging, lifting, loading, and general cleanup.
- Operate and maintain hand tools, power tools, and small equipment safely.
- Support skilled tradespeople such as carpenters, masons, and operators with tasks as needed.
- Load and unload construction materials and tools, ensuring proper storage and organization.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
- Perform physical labor tasks, including trenching, shoveling, carrying heavy materials, and site clearing.
- Assist in operating lifts, scaffolding, or other equipment under supervision (with provided training).
- Travel to job sites as required, including out-of-town projects with per diem provided.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills across multiple trades.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, bending, and kneeling for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to travel to various project sites, including potential overnight stays.
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely on active construction sites.
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools is a plus.
