We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Construction Material Delivery Coordinator to join our team at Whalen Exteriors. In this role, you will work closely with our installation and service teams to ensure timely delivery and pick-up of materials, tools, and equipment from job sites and vendors. This position is vital to maintaining the efficiency and productivity of our projects.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Coordinate with installation and service teams to deliver and pick up materials, tools, and equipment from job sites and vendors.
• Lift and transport materials weighing 75 pounds.
• Conduct thorough clean-ups of job sites as needed.
• Utilize understanding of local area logistics to optimize delivery routes and schedules.
• Drive a trailer and dump truck to transport materials efficiently.
• Maintain high levels of customer service when interacting with clients, vendors, and team members.
• Ensure a clean and organized warehouse environment.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and effectively.
