The ideal candidate will provide crucial support in contract preparation, financial processes, and daily coordination to ensure projects stay on track and run smoothly.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
- Assist with various project-related tasks, including owner contracts, estimates, and proposals.
- Prepare and manage contracts, change orders, RFPs, and correspondence with subcontractors, owners, and tenants.
- Provide administrative support to project managers, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Maintain up-to-date certificates of insurance for all subcontractors.
- Assist with project financial processes, including issuing purchase orders (POs) and purchase order requests (PORs).
- Secure new vendor documentation, such as W-9 forms.
- Coordinate invoices with contracts, ensuring proper backup documentation and coding into the system.
- Collect, verify, and store contract supporting documentation.
- Assist project managers in the close-out process of completed projects, ensuring all required documentation is received and filed.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the construction industry (preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- A proactive, team-oriented approach with the ability to work independently.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
