- Oversee roofing and siding projects from start to finish, ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and materials while maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Utilize construction CRM systems to track project progress and client communications.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their concerns are addressed and expectations are met.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure seamless project execution.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring each client feels valued and informed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- 2 years of experience in construction project management (roofing & siding preferred).
- Spanish or Portuguese fluency is a major plus!
- Proficiency in construction CRM systems.
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and problem-solve efficiently.
