Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
- Ensure project quality by inspecting roofing, remodeling, and gutter installations to verify compliance with company standards and local building codes.
- Identify and resolve minor issues on job sites to prevent future problems.
- Oversee labor crews, ensuring they follow best practices and complete work efficiently and safely.
- Travel to various job sites to perform inspections, assess work quality, and provide feedback to crews.
- Assist with minor fixes and preventative maintenance when needed.
- Ensure all work is performed following OSHA and company safety protocols.
- Maintain detailed reports of inspections, quality concerns, and corrective actions taken.
- Attend weekly Monday meetings to discuss project updates, issues, and improvements.
- Experience in residential construction, including roofing, remodeling, gutters, and general home maintenance.
- Hands-on expertise in performing minor repairs and preventative maintenance.
- Ability to manage and supervise a labor crew effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working at heights and using ladders safely.
- Ability to travel to multiple job sites throughout the Louisville area.
- Strong communication skills for providing clear instructions and reporting issues to management.
