Key Responsibilities
- Inside Sales Leadership: Manage inside sales operations, ensuring efficient lead management, order processing, and follow-up.
- Customer Relations: Build strong relationships with residential and commercial clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
- CRM Management: Utilize and optimize CRM software to track leads, manage orders, and streamline sales processes.
- Order Processing: Oversee order intake, processing, and fulfillment, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
- Marketing Management: Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and sales.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with management, field sales, and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer experience.
- Experience in inside sales, sales operations, or customer service within the construction or manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and order processing software.
- Strong marketing management skills, with experience in digital or traditional marketing strategies.
- Excellent customer relations and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to analyze sales data and generate performance reports.
- Team-oriented mindset with a passion for collaboration and problem-solving.
