Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee all on-site activities for commercial and health care construction projects, ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and tradespeople to ensure seamless project execution.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Conduct regular meetings with project owners, occupants, and stakeholders to maintain open communication.
- Manage site logistics, including material deliveries and work sequencing.
- Supervise site crews, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and timelines.
- Maintain detailed project documentation, including daily reports, progress photos, and as-built drawings.
- Monitor and document subcontractor performance, identifying potential change orders or back charges.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, life safety requirements, and health care regulations as applicable.
- Prepare and execute punch lists, assisting with finish work as needed to meet client expectations.
