This role is essential in delivering exceptional craftsmanship to our high-income residential and commercial clients. You will be responsible for the accurate preparation, delivery, and installation of stone countertops, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and precision.

As a family-like company, we value our employees and invest in their growth and success.Key Responsibilities-Meet at the shop to load up tools and materials for the day's install route.

• Deliver stone countertops and related products to job sites on time.-Interpret plans and diagrams to execute precise installations.
• Prepare stone products for installation, including shaping, polishing, and finishing.-Cut holes for sinks, faucets, cooktops, and other applications.
• Level and join stone countertops according to specifications.-Work with silicone, epoxy, sealers, and other bonding agents safely and efficiently.
• Conduct truck maintenance and safety inspections.-Load and unload custom stone products with care.-Maintain detailed job and production records as instructed.
• Communicate consistently with supervisors regarding job and travel updates.-Assist other departments as needed.-Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications-Education : -High School Diploma or GED.-Experience : -3-5 years of carpentry, tile setting, or counter installation experience.

• Candidates should be familiar with materials, such as granite, quartz, marble, and other engineered or natural stone surfaces.
• Skills : -Proficiency in basic carpentry skills.-Ability to read and understand plans and diagrams.-Licenses : -Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Forklift operation experience is a plus.-Physical Requirements : -Able to lift up to 80 lbs.-Use of hands and arms with good dexterity.
• Good eyesight, including depth and color perception and peripheral vision.-Comfortable navigating construction sites on foot.
• Able to pass a background check and random drug screenings.-Mental Requirements : -Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
