- Project Execution : Work on residential, commercial, industrial, and government sites to deliver high-quality results.-Equipment Operation : Operate and maintain machinery and tools in a safe and efficient manner.
- Team Collaboration : Support crew members to complete projects on time and within scope.-Safety Compliance : Follow company and OSHA safety standards, ensuring the well-being of yourself and your team.
Qualifications : -Construction Experience : 2 Years of construction experience is preferred, ability to measure and use power tools safely is required.
- Work Ethic : A strong commitment to learning and growing in the industry. No prior experience is required; we'll train you!-Adaptability : Willingness to travel for projects and embrace varying site conditions.
- Physical Stamina : Ability to perform hands-on work, including lifting, bending, and operating heavy equipment.-Safety Awareness : Understanding of or willingness to learn safety practices.
