Key Responsibilities :
- Build Custom Homes : Complete all phases of residential construction, from ground-up framing to precise interior finishes.
- Blueprint Interpretatio n : Read and work from detailed plans and blueprints to meet specifications.
- Precision Work : Measure and cut materials accurately, and install elements such as windows, doors, cabinetry, and flooring.
- Tool Proficiency : Operate power and pneumatic tools and, if applicable, larger machinery such as tractors.
- Team Collaboration : Work closely with fellow tradespeople to maintain high standards and ensure timely project completion.
- Site Management : Keep work areas organized, safe, and compliant with all safety protocols.
- Exterior Projects : Engage in other projects, including hardscaping and landscaping as needed.
