Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Identify and assess customer needs to provide the best possible service and solutions.
- Handle customer complaints and provide effective resolutions.
- Assist with billing, payments, and financial transactions using QuickBooks.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service transactions.
- Schedule and coordinate service calls and follow up with technicians and customers.
- Process orders, quotes, and pricing details efficiently.
- Assist in managing social media pages (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Google) for marketing and outreach.
- Oversee workflow organization, documentation, and filing systems.
- Proactively engage with customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer service strategies.
- Proven experience in a customer service or client relations role.
- Strong communication skills - both verbal and written.
- QuickBooks experience is required.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
- High school diploma required; a degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Experience in CRM systems and customer support best practices is a plus.
