Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
- Testing and Commissioning:
- Conduct comprehensive testing of DAS components, including antennas, amplifiers, and head-end equipment.
- Use specialized tools and software to analyze system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the commissioning phase.
- Optimization:
- Fine-tune DAS to maximize performance, coverage, and reliability.
- Perform site tests, and other methods to evaluate system efficacy in real-world conditions.
- Field Service:
- When needed, install head-end equipment including (but not limited to) frequency POIs, chassis, power supplies, filters, combiners, couplers, remote units, battery back-up units, network cables and equipment, fiber cables and equipment.
- Cables may need to be terminated with the appropriate connectors. Donor antenna aiming and installation may be required.
- Must be willing to travel with all tools necessary and assist the installation team with any task required to get the system optimally operational.
- Communication:
- Collaborate with DoP, ownership, Project Managers, and site personnel to facilitate successful project execution, ensuring compliance with system performance metrics and installation timelines.
- Training:
- Coordinate with Director of Projects to provide onsite training on best practices related to installation, testing, and commissioning to internal staff and installers.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- 2 years of proven experience in deploying Cellular DAS and ERRCS systems
- Strong knowledge of telecommunications, RF principles, and installation best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications (such as NICET or Certified DAS Professional) are a plus.
- FCC GROL preferred

- Flights and hotel accommodations are paid for by the company; per diem meal expenses are paid at the highest rate according to federal guidelines and can potentially equate to an additional $17,000 per year after taxes.
- First 60 days are a benefit waiting period. On the 1st day of the month following the 60-day waiting period, assuming a positive performance review, you would be brought on as an hourly employee with full benefits.
