Key Responsibilities
- Install, service, and maintain ductless heating & air systems for residential clients
- Wire and connect indoor and outdoor ductless units, thermostats, and controls
- Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics to identify and resolve system issues
- Read and interpret installation manuals, blueprints, and wiring diagrams
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer guidelines and local codes
- Work safely and follow all OSHA and company safety protocols
- Provide excellent customer service, educating clients on system operation and maintenance
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Experience in ductless heating & air installation (field experience required)
- Hands-on experience installing various brands (certifications are a plus!)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with electrical wiring, refrigerant lines, and control systems
- Knowledge of residential HVAC and electrical codes
- Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must provide their own basic hand tools.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA certifications (preferred but not required)
