About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Ductless Installation Technician to join our team at The Contractor Consultants. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, servicing, and maintaining ductless heating & air systems for residential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and service ductless heating & air systems in residential settings
- Wire and connect indoor and outdoor units, thermostats, and controls
- Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics to identify and resolve system issues
- Read and interpret installation manuals, blueprints, and wiring diagrams
- Maintain a safe working environment and follow all OSHA protocols
- Provide excellent customer service and educate clients on system operation and maintenance
Qualifications:
- Experience in ductless heating & air installation (field experience required)
- Strong knowledge of electrical wiring, refrigerant lines, and control systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA certifications (preferred but not required)
