Key Responsibilities
- Assist electricians with installing, repairing, and maintaining residential electrical systems including wiring, lighting, outlets, and fixtures
- Interpret and follow blueprints, wiring diagrams, and electrical codes
- Perform routine inspections and troubleshoot electrical issues in homes
- Ensure all work complies with local and national electrical codes
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, safe work environment
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients
- Follow all safety procedures and company protocols
- 3 to 4 years of experience in residential electrical work
- Active Electrical Apprentice license (if required by state)
- Strong understanding of basic electrical theory and residential wiring
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a variety of residential environments
- Experience working under a licensed electrician
- Familiarity with local building codes
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Full-Time, Monday to Friday
- 8-hour shifts
- 40-45 hours per week with overtime potential
