Archer Electric Service Company Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Electrical Estimator to join our growing team. This role is essential in ensuring our residential electrical projects are accurately estimated, cost-effective, and completed to the highest standards. You will work closely with project managers, contractors, and clients to develop detailed cost estimates for new residential builds, renovations, and service upgrades. Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for residential electrical projects, including new construction, renovations, and service upgrades.
• Review electrical blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project scope and material requirements.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and vendors to gather pricing information and negotiate cost-effective solutions.
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of local building codes and electrical regulations.
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure estimates align with project timelines and budgets.
• Monitor project progress to track changes in scope, materials, or pricing and adjust estimates accordingly.
• Provide support in managing client relationships and ensuring satisfaction with project costs and timelines.
  
  

The Ideal Candidate Should Possess

• Proven experience as an Electrical Estimator, preferably in residential projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, materials, and construction processes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with estimation software and tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Electrical engineering or technical degree (or equivalent experience).
• Experience with residential electrical design and project management.
• Knowledge of energy-efficient solutions and sustainable building practices.
