Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Business Development:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers.
• Present and sell electrical products and services tailored to client needs.
• Provide accurate quotes and negotiate pricing.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Customer Engagement & Support:
• Educate customers on electrical products, solutions, and benefits.
• Address customer inquiries and provide expert recommendations.
• Follow up on leads and ensure customer satisfaction post-sale.
• Product Knowledge & Market Research:
• Stay informed on electrical industry trends, innovations, and competitive products.
• Understand the company's full range of electrical products and services.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities.
• Sales Reporting & Documentation:
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions.
• Prepare sales forecasts and contribute to strategy development.
• Collaboration & Coordination:
• Work with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Participate in ongoing training and company events.
  

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Previous sales experience in the electrical or construction industry preferred.
• Education: High school diploma required; a degree in Business, Electrical Engineering, or Marketing is a plus.
• Skills:
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of electrical products, systems, and applications.
• Ability to build and maintain lasting customer relationships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Additional Requirements:
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
• Willingness to learn about new electrical technologies and solutions.
