Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial settings.
- Handle service calls independently and provide expert solutions to customers.
- Ensure all work complies with electrical codes and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate work logs and documentation.
- Provide professional recommendations to customers regarding upgrades, repairs, and energy efficiency.
- Work with team members to improve service delivery and efficiency.
- Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus but not required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Lead Electrician or Service Technician.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Must provide their own basic tools.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
