Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
- Supervise and lead electricians and apprentices on-site to ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely.
- Interpret and execute electrical blueprints, schematics, and project plans to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Coordinate materials, equipment, and labor to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
- Ensure compliance with NEC codes, local, state, and federal regulations to maintain high safety standards.
- Monitor work quality and conduct inspections to maintain project excellence and prevent errors.
- Provide hands-on training and mentorship to apprentices and junior electricians, fostering their development.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and contractors to provide updates and resolve issues.
- Perform troubleshooting, testing, and repairs for electrical systems as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation and job records to track project progress and report to leadership.
- Valid ND Journeyman or Master Electrician License required.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical construction, including experience in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
- Previous experience supervising crews and managing electrical projects.
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
- Comprehensive knowledge of NEC codes, safety regulations, and electrical systems.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing project needs.
- Proficiency in using project management software and digital reporting tools (preferred).
