Job Overview :
South Shore Gunite Pools & Spa (SSG Pools) is seeking skilled Entry Level Gunite Pool Tech to join our innovative team. We are a leader in swimming pool construction and pneumatically applied concrete projects across New England. Our projects include residential, commercial, industrial, and structural retrofits. As a Shotcrete Gunite Crew Member, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional results using both wet and dry mix applications, adhering to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities :
- MUST have both wet mix and dry mix systems experience.
- Operate and maintain shotcrete equipment, including BOTH wet mix and dry mix systems.
- Work collaboratively with team members on a variety of tasks, including setup, operation, and clean-up.
- Ensure safe and efficient operation of all tools and machinery, adhering to safety protocols.
- For dry mix : manage compressor operations, fluid / grease application, and thorough end-of-shift cleaning of equipment.
- Travel across New England for projects, with occasional overnight stays (no more than 4 nights consecutively).
- Represent SSG Pools professionally while interacting with clients and stakeholders.
