Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues, ensuring efficient and effective solutions.
• Perform routine maintenance services, including filter replacements, coil cleaning, and system tune-ups.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.
• Educate customers on system operation, maintenance, and energy efficiency.
• Work independently or as part of a team to complete service calls in a timely manner.
• Accurately document work performed, including parts used and services provided.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and best practices through company-provided training.
  
  

Qualifications

• Preferred: 1 years of experience in residential HVAC service, repair, or installation.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work long hours, including occasional weekends or overtime as needed.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and tight spaces.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor.
• Willingness to learn and participate in company training programs.
