The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate estimates for commercial plumbing projects by analyzing blueprints, specifications, and project plans.

This role requires strong attention to detail, a thorough understanding of plumbing systems, and the ability to provide timely and accurate estimates.

If you're experienced in commercial plumbing estimation and looking for a challenging role in a growing company, we want to hear from you!Responsibilities include but are not limited to : -Review project specifications, blueprints, and other documentation to prepare accurate plumbing estimates for commercial projects.

• Analyze labor, materials, and time requirements to create comprehensive cost estimates.-Develop detailed bid proposals for commercial plumbing projects and present them to clients.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and engineers to ensure all project requirements are clearly understood.
• Obtain pricing from suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitive bids.-Track project changes and adjust estimates as needed, ensuring the company remains within budget.
• Maintain a database of historical data and pricing information for future reference.-Participate in pre-bid meetings, site visits, and post-bid review meetings.
• Ensure all estimates are completed on time and in line with company policies and procedures.-Provide support to the project team during the project execution phase to ensure cost controls are maintained.

• Understanding of plumbing systems, materials, and installation methods.-Ability to read and interpret blueprints, project specifications, and contracts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).-Excellent communication and negotiation skills.-Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.-Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
