- Review and analyze project specifications, blueprints, and contracts to prepare accurate estimates.
- Develop comprehensive bids and proposals for commercial masonry restoration projects.
- Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure detailed cost breakdowns.
- Maintain and update records for project costs, schedules, and documentation.
- Conduct site visits to understand project scope and site-specific requirements.
- Support project managers by providing cost tracking and budget updates throughout the project lifecycle.
- Research and recommend value engineering options when applicable.
- Experience in estimating, preferably in commercial masonry restoration or a related field.
- Strong understanding of construction techniques, materials, and cost structures.
- Proficiency in using estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
