This critical role involves overseeing federal contracting activities, identifying and pursuing new opportunities, managing proposal development, and ensuring compliance with all federal regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in government contracting, facility management, and business development. Our team thrives in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment that combines the intimacy of a small company with the opportunities of a long-term career trajectory.Key Responsibilities : -Market Analysis : Analyze market trends to identify federal contracting opportunities and assess competitive landscapes.-Business Development : Develop strategies to acquire new federal contracts and strengthen relationships with government agencies.-Proposal Management : Create and manage proposals that meet federal requirements and align with company standards.-Strategic Planning : Formulate and implement strategic plans to achieve business development goals.-Compliance Management : Ensure compliance with federal regulations, policies, and procedures in all contracting activities.
