Responsibilities : -Lead and oversee Wire installation crews, ensuring adherence to company standards and code regulations for electrical installations.
- Manage punch-list checks and oversee light punch work, ensuring adjustments are addressed efficiently. Perform occasional light punchlist tasks to close out projects.
- Provide leadership to ensure quality and regulatory compliance in all electrical work.-Ensure work areas are cleaned and orderly after wire crew.
Qualifications : -Strong people and management skills to effectively coordinate wire crews and oversee electrical projects.
Experienced in clearly communicating with field and office teams.-Proficiency in problem-solving to address issues and ensure regulatory compliance.
